Why you should serve

The need in Moldova

Location: Moldova

With a complex history of governmental rule, Moldova is the poorest nation in Europe. Many adults are finding better-paying jobs in surrounding nations and leaving their children to raise themselves. These abandoned kids are at-risk for sex trafficking and drug use. Our ministry partners are well-respected in their communities, known for their passion for discipling young men, creating programs for at-risk children & youth, and sharing the HOPE of Christ.

Ways to serve:

Click on the buttons to review all the ways you can serve in Moldova.

Join us as we share the love of Christ with children and youth through things like VBS*, skits, etc. Sports are also a great way to connect with people whom you’ve never met before! We love using sports as a way to enter into conversation and relationship.

* Teams are responsible for bringing necessary craft supplies and should budget appropriately.

Spending time in one another’s homes and sharing their stories is important to Moldovians. Visiting someone’s home, talking with them, and praying with them if the situation allows is an encouragement that many in the U.S. take for granted, but means a lot to people in this Eastern European nation.

When Jesus walked the earth He had a special place in His heart for those the world had forgotten. We do too and want to share the HOPE that comes from faith in Christ with these men, women, and children.

The local church we’ve partnered with is passionate about developing lasting relationships while sharing the HOPE that comes from faith in Christ with these men, women, and children.
