Bold Hope is bringing our mission trip program to Puerto Rico, partnering with local churches that are already serving their own neighborhoods. As a US territory with deep ties to the mainland, Puerto Rico carries real, everyday needs alongside its natural beauty. Group Pricing

12+ people: $1,395 / person

8-11 people: $1,495 / person

A great plan for groups of 8 or more who want to create their own mission trip.

  • $495 group reservation fee
  • Minimum 8 participants. Trips with fewer may be canceled 90 days before departure. Contact us before booking flights.
  • Private trips require 15 participants. Smaller groups may be combined with others.

Itinerary

This is a sample itinerary for a mission trip to Puerto Rico. The itinerary may vary depending on the needs of the community and the activities planned for the trip.

Sample Itinerary

    Day 1: Travel to Puerto Rico and check in to lodging accommodations; rest and relax after a long flight. Lunch and dinner will be provided depending on arrival time. The evening will include an orientation and brief team meeting.

  • Days 2 - 5: Breakfast, then off to the community to start your mission work. Lunch will be provided at the ministry site. After work, you will return to your lodging to rest and relax. Dinner will be provided. Debrief and planning meetings will be held each evening to process your experience and prepare for the next day.

  • Day 6: Breakfast, then off to the scheduled Fun Day. Lunch will be provided at the fun day location. Afterwards, you will return to your lodging to rest and relax. Dinner will be provided. This will be your last night in Puerto Rico, so you'll have an extended debrief meeting to help prepare you for your return home.

  • Day 7: Breakfast, then pack up and depart for the airport for your return flight. Materials will be provided for you to journal your experience and reflect on your mission trip to help you process your time away.

Lodging

West Coast, Puerto Rico

On the island's west coast, teams stay at a ministry-run mission house a few minutes from the beach and close to the communities you will serve. Bunk-style bedrooms are shared by gender, with shared bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a covered outdoor gathering space for meals and evening debriefs. Every room has fans (no air conditioning) and bedding is provided.

North Shore, Puerto Rico

On the north shore, teams stay at a locally owned hotel about 10-15 minutes from the partner church. Amenities include air-conditioned rooms with private bathrooms, hot water, WiFi, a pool, outdoor seating areas, and a beach within walking distance.
