I'm Suleika Charle

Suleika lives in Batey Brador. A Batey is a shanty-town camp where sugar cane cutters live. We have come alongside this Batey in Brador to help care for children. Suleika is a sweet little girl who loves to cuddle and play with her brother. She enjoys participating in all of the activities at the Bold Hope Community center. Her family has limited documentation. Her mother is unemployed and her father recently passed away. Suleika's mother, Antonia, is in a relationship and her partner is a sugar cane cutter.  Antonia is a mother of 3 children and her oldest is 6 years old and lives in Haiti with his uncles.
