I'm Melissa Pierre Louis

Melissa lives in Batey Brador. A Batey is a shanty-town camp where sugar cane cutters live. We have come alongside this Batey in Brador to help care for children. Melissa loves to attend all of the activities that take place at the Bold Hope Community Center with her sisters. Her favorite thing to do is dance and play tag and do all of the Bible school activities. Her mother, Maldala, is single and unemployed. The family has limited documentation.
