I'm Abdel Humberto Triguerros

Abdel is a sweet and smart boy. His favorite color is red, and he loves to play soccer with his brother. His favorite food is hamburgers. Abdel loves to ride his bike. He lives with his mother and his older brother. His mother is originally from Guatemala and moved to Belize after separating from her husband, hoping to find work and provide a better life for her children. She now works as a cleaner in several homes around the village to earn some income, but what she earns is not enough to cover all the family’s expenses. Abdel primarily speaks Spanish and is learning English at school. When he grows up, he dreams of becoming a police officer.
