I'm Victoria Tucen

Victoria lives in Batey 105 with her parents and siblings. When she was just five months old, she suffered from an injury that caused her to be paralyzed. Victoria communicates through her eyes to let her mother know what she is feeling. Victoria is very loved and well cared for by her family and the entire community. Her neighbors and family surround her with affection and attention.
