I'm Sarita Cindy Choc

Sarita is from the Maya Mopan community. Her favorite color is pink, and her favorite food is chicken and rice. She loves going to the creek to play in the water and enjoys spending time outdoors. Sarita lives with her mother, who has a disability and is raising her as a single parent. Because of her disability, Sarita's mother has struggled to find employment. The family is supported by Sarita's grandfather, who works on a banana farm. Sarita enjoys helping her mother prepare meals, and cooking has become one of her favorite activities. When she grows up, she dreams of becoming a chef.
