Soumodip's village looks beautiful and is surrounded by green fields
and trees. The predominantly Hindu village is made up of 700 homes.
Soumodip has an older brother Shibam who is 14 years old. Soumodip’s father is a house
painter and his mother a homemaker.
Soumodip does not receive any other financial or in-kind help. Would you sponsor him? 
He attends Kids Church-Sonarpur each Sunday afternoon. Soumodip wants to be a police 
officer when he grows up.
