The biggest concern expressed amidst COVID-19: Food. Help us empower our partners to meet this essential need.
We are actively distributing food in several locations around the world right now. Our team in the Dominican Republic has been specifically serving Haitian immigrants living in remote settlements called Bateyes that are often a 30+ minute drive from the city. The country has shut down public transportation, which means these communities are unable to get the food they need.
Check out these videos to learn more about the global need and to see how we are responding.
We have also connected with food pantries in the greater Philadelphia area in order to serve our neighbors locally. Food pantries across the US are in need of donations. Wherever you are located around the country, we encourage you to reach out to your local pantries.
