I'm Sophia Jean Baptiste

Sophia loves to read and also wash clothes to help her aunt out. Sophia was born on January 27, 2007 in Fond Baptiste, Haiti. Sophia has three brothers and one sister and she watches over her three younger brothers. Her mother lives in the Dominican Republic, and Sophia lives with her uncle. Her father passed away in November of 2016. Sophia enjoys doing math in school and would like to be a nurse when she grows up. She is able to speak some phrases in English. Sophia likes to jump rope with friends. Her favorite meal to prepare and eat is rice with plantains. Sophia goes to church with her family and finds strength in prayer. They have a black and grey cat named Mimi.
