I'm Maria Rosa Andryse

Maria Rosa lives in Batey Brador. A Batey is a shanty-town camp where sugar cane cutters live. We have come alongside this Batey in Brador to help care for children. Maria Rosa is very helpful in the home. In her free time, she likes to spend time with her friends. Her father works in the sugar cane fields. Maria Rosa's mother passed away in 2022 from a heart attack. This left Maria Rosa with the responsibility of caring for the home. Her father only speaks Haitian Creole. The family has very limited documentation.
