I'm Maria Esther Teodoro

Maria Esther lives in Batey Brador. A Batey is a shanty-town camp where sugar cane cutters live. We have come alongside this Batey in Brador to help care for children. Maria Esther is the youngest of 7 children. Her mother is single and unemployed and struggles to take care of her children. Maria is a sweet young girl that is always so helpful and learns so much from all of her siblings. She is quite smart. The family has limited documentation.
