Makelovi lives in Villa Puerto Rico, a rapidly growing community more commonly known as Autovía located on the outskirts of La Romana. Makelovi and his 3 younger siblings live with their mom and dad in a 2 room tin shack. He loves to play soccer, read, write and sing. He wants to be a doctor when he grows up. For now, he attends the local learning center started by our partner Iglesia Bautista La Romana. He is an attentive older brother and is always ready to join in on games and activities.
